By subscribing to or using Level Jump Leads CRM & Exclusive Marketing Campaigns ("Software," "Platform," "Service"), you ("User," "Subscriber," "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Level Jump Leads CRM provides an all-in-one business growth platform with:
Business marketing and management tools. Two-way text messaging and automation. Email marketing and automation. Reputation management (reviews and ratings). Website chat and SMS integrations. Payment processing via Text-2-Pay & Tap-2-Pay
Level Jump Leads Exclusive Marketing Campaigns provides:
Monthly marketing campaigns. Direct delivery of marketing-generated opportunities. End-of-week and monthly reports. Exclusive marketing services per industry and region (limited availability)
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at our discretion.
Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed upon during sign-up.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle or based upon term agreement.
No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, including cases where the client does not use the software or marketing services.
Price Changes: We may modify subscription fees at any time with 30 days' notice.
The base subscription includes core functionality. However, optional add-ons are available at an additional cost, including but not limited to:
Advanced automation tools. Expanded email and SMS limits. Additional integrations.
Certain services within the CRM and Marketing Campaigns are usage-based and subject to overage charges, including but not limited to:
Text Messaging (SMS): A set number of messages are included in the base plan. Additional messages are billed at a per-message rate.
Email Marketing: A set number of emails are included. Additional emails are billed based on usage. Call Tracking & Voicemail Drops: Exceeding limits incurs additional costs.
Users are responsible for monitoring their usage within the dashboard.
Program Name: Level Jump Leads SMS Notifications.
Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS notifications related to your account, marketing updates, and business opportunities. Message frequency varies.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.Help Instructions: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out to [email protected].
Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

By using Level Jump Leads CRM & Exclusive Marketing Campaigns, you agree to: Use the service lawfully and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.Not engage in spamming, phishing, fraud, or any deceptive marketing practices. Not misuse the platform for illegal, abusive, or unethical activities. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
User Data: You own all data input into the platform. However, by using our services, you grant Level Jump Leads the right to store, process, and analyze this data to improve service functionality.
How We Use Collected Contact Information: We collect phone numbers and emails solely for the purpose of delivering business opportunities, facilitating communications, and providing marketing services. We do not sell, trade, or share this information with third parties outside of essential service providers.
Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable regulations.Third-Party Integrations: We are not responsible for data breaches, misuse, or failures caused by third-party providers.
We provide exclusive and non-exclusive marketing opportunities, depending on the agreement. We do not sell leads. Marketing opportunities generated are exclusively provided to subscribed clients based on their service agreements.
Users must comply with TCPA and CAN-SPAM laws when reaching out to potential customers. Refunds are not provided for marketing opportunities that do not convert.
Marketing Authorization: Client grants Level Jump Leads full permission to market on their behalf.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses, missed business opportunities, or disruptions caused by:
Scheduled maintenance, Unexpected technical failures, Third-party service outages, Cyberattacks, force majeure, or unforeseen events
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level Jump Leads shall not be liable for:
Lost revenue, missed sales, or damages arising from software use or downtime. Issues resulting from incorrect use of the CRM or Marketing Campaigns. Legal consequences due to misuse of text messaging, emails, or marketing campaigns.
Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months of subscription fees.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Missouri, and users waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
